Thank you for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of my handmade garments and furnishings. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I offer the following return and exchange policy:

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

45-Day Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Time Frame: You have 45 calendar days from the date you received your item to request an exchange.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact me with your order number and the reason for your exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be covered by me.

  • Exchange Items: Once your return is received and inspected, I will send out your exchanged item. If the item is not available, you will have the option to choose a different item of equal value or receive a store credit.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom-made items

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately with details of the product and the defect. I will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged or defective item and will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you. If no similar item is available we will offer you store credit or a refund.
